What can I say, I ordered this scratch tree a week ago and it arrived this morning! I'm totally amazed at how fantastic the quality is for the cost. I've purchased more expensive cat trees which are not anywhere near this level of quality. Stan was polite and friendly and kept me informed on timescales for completion and when to expect delivery. It actually arrived a day earlier than I anticipated. The parts were very well packaged and the instructions on how to assemble the post could not have been easier to follow. What's most important of all, my cats are already obsessed with it.

Handmade in the UK to a very high standard by clearly a very talented man who is passionate about his work and believes in his product while listening to what is required for each particular cat parent whose going to treat their cats to a tower or scratch post, I bought one of each and will be investing in more when funds permit.

Absolutely amazing service, we ordered and was delivered within 3 days of us ordering, the quality is second to none! You won't find better, I've about 20 cat trees/scratch posts in total and none compare! The thought and effort that clearly goes into these does not go unnoticed! The cats were on it before I'd finished building! We at @buddy_beautiful_cattery will definitely be back for more, they are hard wearing and extremely sturdy! I saw Cosy Posts at the Supreme Cat Show in October and I was very impressed by the quality and workmanship of the cat trees. I took the plunge and placed an order last week and the tree was delivered by Parcelforce yesterday. My husband assembled it, which he said was very easy to do. I have 4 cats and they have all been on it now. It is an amazing quality and I can tell that the post will last for years. It is more expensive than the cheaper trees that you can purchase on Amazon or EBay, but it’s true what they say that you get what you pay for. I was very impressed with the customer service. Stan kept me updated with emails throughout the buying process. My only downside, if you can call it that, is that it’s much taller than I anticipated and I’ve had to position it next to the sofa so that my cats can gain access to the tree, as they are not great climbers, despite being cats. It’s my fault, I should’ve measured it and bought one that wasn’t so tall. Next time I will measure first. Anyway, I highly recommend these cat posts. The quality is magnificent. Top quality solid piece of cat furniture you can't go wrong with this company. Attention to detail in construction , little things like doing the rope properly and using good quality material that doesn't smell like chemicals and shed a ton of plastic fibre everywhere (like the Chinese made ones do). The piece is heavy and well worth the extra money buying from UK made small business. Easy to construct ,even for a novice, with really well thought out clear instructions with annotated pictures- again the attention to detail.
